1. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you own copyright in material that appears on the Service without authorisation, submit a notice via the in-app "Report a copyright concern" flow or email legal@qynta.app. A valid notice must include: identification of the work; the URL or location of the infringing material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our Response

On receiving a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to that user.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the required statements. If we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the statutory period, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages under applicable law.
