Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making the Service usable by everyone, and how to reach us about accessibility.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to making the Service accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.
2. What We Do
We build with accessibility in mind: screen-reader labels and roles on interactive elements, sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark themes, a "Reduce Motion" setting that respects system preferences, scalable text, focus management, and meaningful empty and error states.
3. Assistive Technologies
The Service is designed to work with VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android), system font scaling, and reduced-motion settings. We test key flows - registration, posting, chat, and matching - with these technologies.
4. Known Limitations
Some complex visualisations (such as the knowledge graph) and rich media may have limited assistive-technology support. We are actively working to improve these areas and provide text alternatives where possible.
5. Feedback & Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us through the in-app "Report a Bug" feature or email legal@qynta.app. We treat accessibility issues as priority bugs and will work with you on an accommodation.
