Content Licensing & Ownership

1. You Own Your Content

You retain ownership of the text, images, media and other content you create and submit ("User Content"). Qynta does not claim ownership of that content. You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you share.

2. Limited Service Licence

You grant Qynta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and technically adapt your content, for example by resizing or transcoding media, only to provide and secure the Service. Display and sharing are subject to the applicable audience controls. We may authorise service providers to perform these functions for Qynta within the same limited purpose. This licence does not authorise unrelated advertising use of private messages or other private content.

3. AI Processing

This limited licence includes processing needed for Qynta’s AI features, such as embeddings, summaries, tags, moderation signals, recommendations and requested conversation assistance. Inputs can include content and relevant conversation or profile context, as explained in the Privacy Policy at https://qynta.app/legal/privacy. This is not a blanket licence for unrelated AI uses and does not replace any separate consent or lawful basis required for personal-data processing.

4. Deletion & Retained Copies

The service licence ends when you delete the content or account, except to the extent limited retention or processing remains necessary to carry out deletion, maintain recovery backups, comply with law or handle a legitimate safety or legal matter as described in the Privacy Policy. Retention does not create permission for unrelated reuse. Other people may retain copies you shared with them; their independent legal rights and obligations still apply. Keep your own copies of content you need.

5. Feedback & Other People’s Content

If you send suggestions about Qynta, you allow us to consider and use that feedback to improve the Service. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated posts, messages or media. Do not send confidential material you lack permission to share. Seeing or receiving another person’s content through Qynta does not give you unrestricted rights to copy, publish or reuse it.

6. Copyright Concerns

Use the public copyright form at https://qynta.app/legal/dmca, the copyright/takedown form in Settings, or email dmca@qynta.app or legal@qynta.app if you believe your rights have been infringed. The Copyright & DMCA Policy explains the notice requirements and process.
