Content Licensing & Ownership
Clear terms on who owns the content you create and the limited licence you grant us to run the Service.
1. You Own Your Content
You retain all ownership rights in the text, images, media, and other content you create and submit ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
2. Licence You Grant Us
To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g. resize/transcode), publish, and display your User Content solely for the purposes of providing, securing, and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have reshared or that we must retain by law, and for reasonable backup copies that age out.
3. AI Processing of Your Content
You grant us permission to process your User Content with AI systems to generate embeddings, summaries, tags, moderation signals, and matches within the Service. We may use de-identified or aggregated content to improve these features. We do not sell your User Content.
4. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
5. Your Responsibilities
You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your content.
6. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, use the in-app copyright report flow or email legal@qynta.app.
